茶叶蛋的做法。
1.香料配方:绿茶10克、八角2枚、桂皮1块（8克）、花椒20粒、生姜5片、香叶3片、老抽200毫升（大约20小勺）、孜然粉15克（一定要放，这是关键）、糖1勺

2.如何轻松剥皮:取20个鸡蛋煮熟后,趁热将鸡蛋放入一个大的微波炉塑料盒中（其它器皿也可），加冷水到盒中鸡蛋的中部（冷水不可没过鸡蛋），盖上盖子开始顺时针快速旋转（速度快些，大概转50圈），这样鸡蛋皮轻轻一剥就下来了。然后用牙签在鸡蛋不同方向扎两个小孔.

3.将香料配方和鸡蛋放入锅中,加水没过鸡蛋,大火煮开后小火再加热10分钟。关火后不用管它。五小时后才可食用。（主要是在冷却过程中卤汁会慢慢浸透入鸡蛋中)

每每带团出国时，总是会碰到有些团员问起这个问题。

“你们躲到哪里吃“好料”去了？”

我听罢觉得有点儿无奈。说真的，近几年中国的司陪餐每况愈下。就餐处总是设在餐馆内最不讲究内部装潢的角落里，更遑论餐馆会提供什么“好料”给司陪了。

这次与大家分享下中国的司陪餐。基本上只是维持生命，更别说什么“好料”了。

偶尔有些有“良心”的餐馆也会提供有几个菜再加上一个汤给司陪。和团员的差不多，但绝对不会比他们想像好。

五樣好東西是：

1. 睡前喝豆漿、(soya bean milk before sleep)
睡前喝豆漿：豆漿富含100%的優質胺基酸，可製造充分的生長激素，促進身體的新陳代謝，消耗體內多餘的醣份和脂肪，所以睡前喝豆漿，有減肥的的效果，這就是「胺基酸減肥法」，又叫「懶人減肥法」。

此外，大豆富含異黃酮素（天然的雌激素），可降低血液中的膽固醇，保護心臟，預防心肌梗塞，所以女生得心血管疾病的機率只有男生的?%，異黃酮素並可抑制人體鈣質的流失，還可預防與基因遺傳有關的乳癌與腸癌，因此睡前喝上一杯 250cc的豆漿，冷熱甜淡隨意，可讓您有一個好睡眠、好體質。

但是現在市面上的黃豆有80％是基因改造的，目前基因改造的食品對人體的影響如何還未可知，購買非基因改造豆漿，建議購買無防腐劑喔，睡前喝比早上喝的效益更大。
2. 吃水果比吃蔬菜好、(fruits are better than vegetables)

吃水果比吃蔬菜好：當個「好色之徒」吧，吃水果要選香的，顏色鮮豔的，含有大量松脂，多吃對身體有益。且吃水果比吃蔬菜好，松脂成分可抗壓，如芒果要選土芒果，葡萄要吃紫葡萄，西瓜選無子大紅西瓜，蜜瓜選綠色的，哈蜜瓜要選肉色的，水果中以榴璉的松脂居第一。然今後別再吃西柚因會抑制肝的解毒！

3. 綠茶效益勝過水(green tea is better than plain water)

建議喝綠茶來代替水和紅茶，因水帶不走身上不好的物質，紅茶為已發酵的熟茶，因此綠茶優於紅茶，多喝綠茶可以降低巴金森，且綠茶含兒茶素，能保護關節軟骨緩解疼痛。另外，泡過後無味的綠茶包，可用來擦過敏的皮膚跟濕疹唷！

4. 天天來杯咖啡吧(a daily coffee is good for you)

喝咖啡選阿拉伯豆：每天一杯咖啡，喝咖啡的好處是咖啡可抑制多巴胺L-Dopa，預防老化、巴金森氏症、防癌，咖啡會活化大腦命令四肢時所需要的傳導物，年老以後身手較為協調，壞處是喝咖啡會流失鈣與一些維他命。

懷孕前三個月禁喝，因易流產。此外，喝咖啡要選阿拉伯豆，不是爪哇豆，豆子要新鮮，放久了會產生黃麴毒素。

蕃薯導正病變細胞：蕃薯含神經節肝酯，能導正病變細胞；且蕃薯可以減肥，因為其澱粉是水溶性纖維，不會囤積體內。

Several years ago, I had a man seeking asparagus for a friend who had cancer. He gave me a photocopied copy of an article entitled,
`Asparagus for cancer ' printed in Cancer News Journal, December 1979.
I will share it here, just as it was shared with me.

'I am a biochemist,and have specialized in the relation of diet to health for over 50 years.

Several years ago, I learned of the discovery by Richard R.Vensal, D.D.S. that asparagus might cure cancer. Since then, I have worked with him on his project. We have accumulated a number of favourable case histories.

Here are a few examples:

Case No. 1

A man had an almost hopeless case of Hodgkin's disease (cancer of the lymph glands) who was completely incapacitated. Within
1 year of starting the asparagus therapy, his doctors were unable to detect any signs of cancer, and he was back on a schedule of strenuous exercise.

Case No. 2

A successful businessman, 68 years old, suffered from cancer of the bladder for 16 years. After years of medical treatments, including radiation without improvement, he went on asparagus. Within 3 months, examinations revealed that his bladder tumor had disappeared and that his kidneys were normal.
Case No. 3

A man who had lung cancer. On March 5, 1971, he was put on the operating table where they found lung cancer so widely spread that it was inoperable. The surgeon sewed him up and declared his case hopeless. On April 5th, he heard about the asparagus therapy and immediately started taking it. By August, x-ray pictures revealed that all signs of the cancer had disappeared. He is back at his regular business routine. *

*Case No. 4

A woman who was troubled for a number of years with skin cancer. She finally developed different skin cancers which were diagnosed by her skin specialist as advanced. Within 3 months after starting on asparagus, her skin specialist said that her skin looked fine and no more skin lesions. This woman reported that the asparagus therapy also cured her kidney disease, which started in 1949. She had over 10 operations for kidney stones, and was receiving government disability payments for an inoperable, terminal, kidney condition. She attributes the cure of this kidney trouble entirely to the asparagus.

I was not surprised at this result, as `The elements of Materia Medica', edited in 1854 by a Professor at the University of Pennsylvania , stated that asparagus was used as a popular remedy for kidney stones. He even referred to experiments, in 1739, on the power of asparagus in dissolving stones.

We would have other case histories but the medical establishment has interfered with our obtaining some of the records. I am therefore appealing to readers to spread this good news and help us to gather a large number of case histories that will overwhelm the medical skeptics about this unbelievably simple and natural remedy.

For the treatment, asparagus should be cooked before using, and therefore canned asparagus is just as good as fresh.

I have corresponded with the 2 leading canners of asparagus, Giant Giant and Stokely, and I am satisfied that these brands contain no pesticides or preservatives.

1) Place the cooked asparagus in a blender and liquefy to make a puree, and store in the refrigerator.

2) Give the patient 4 full tablespoons twice daily, morning and evening.

Patients usually show some improvement in from 2-4 weeks. It can be diluted with water and used as a cold or hot drink. This suggested dosage is based on present experience, but certainly larger amounts can do no harm and may be needed in some cases.

小笼包

第一次接触小笼包是在KL金河广场内的那一家《大人餐厅》。当然那个时候年纪小，完全对吃小笼包的讲究没概念。

现在小笼包必联想起台湾鼎泰丰，上海南翔，马来西亚的笼的传人，新加坡的翡翠。尤其台湾鼎泰丰更接二连三的在中国各大城市开分店。鼎泰丰的小笼包制作严谨更是行内人的话题。面粉团指定是15 - 16 克，擀成薄皮，再包上肉馅，分量刚好是一口咬。据说在台湾。吃小笼包有个口诀：“轻轻夹，左右晃，匙接包，先品汤，后品馅”。道出了出色小笼包的元素。

夹起薄薄的包皮还可以左右摇晃而不破，代表了师傅的手艺拿捏的好。小笼包还必须汤汁多。何

来丰富的汤汁？师傅首先要把猪皮熬煮至溶入成汤。然后放入冰箱冷冻至凝固。制作小笼包时放入包皮，再加上肉馅，再经过蒸煮，包内的猪皮膏就溶化成美味的汤汁了。

美味当前，也懒得理会吃下去的小笼包对身体造成的负担了。

近几年，坐落在云顶高原山腰的一个新发展的城镇～GOHTONG JAYA逐渐成型。现在酒店，餐厅，便利店都有了。附近还建有学院和寄宿学校。

Pineforest 松林糖水店是GOHTONG JAYA唯一的糖水店。也是咱们家的“吹水站”。除了售卖糖水，还有很多耳熟能详的糕点小吃。云顶的高原气候总是于人有秋高气爽的感觉。喝着热腾腾的糖水，迎面吹来冷冷的风。真过瘾。

然而，这一座与世无争的城镇却发生了一件事。。。。话说某个晚上，咱们家女皇驾到点了一碗糖水，再加上一盘炒萝卜糕。无奈那晚炒萝卜糕已售完，只剩芋头糕。

“对不起，炒萝卜糕已售完。要不，来一份芋头糕。本店的芋头糕可是镇山之宝。”负责下单的服务员忙着向女皇推销说。

女皇听罢。脸带疑惑，不过依然保持微笑说，

“奇怪，芋头糕既然是镇山之宝。怎么炒萝卜糕会先卖完呢！”

哈，女皇果然明察秋毫。。。

那个晚上的气氛顿时乐了起来。

The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver, because the liver and gallbladder are closely linked.

Regimen:

1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally.

2. On the sixth day, take no dinner.

3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water.

4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts.

5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.

The next morning, you will find green stones in your stools. "Usually they float," Chiu Nan notes. "You might want to count them. I have had people who passes 40, 50 or up to 100 stones. Very many."

"Even if you don't have any symptoms of gallstones, you still might have some. It's always good to give your gall bladder a clean-up now and then.

A Malaysian restaurant in New York City, Laut, has been awarded a prestigious Michelin star for its achievements in Malaysian cuisine.

Two other Malaysian restaurants in New York City, Nyonya and Fatty Crab, have also been acknowledged in the 2011 Michelin Guide for New York City Restaurants. All three restaurants are participants in Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation's (Matrade) Malaysia Kitchen Programme (MKP).

Located near Union Square, Laut is believed to be the first Malaysian restaurant in the United States to receive this award, a huge culinary honour.

Having a Michelin star associated with a restaurant means that a restaurant is not only among the best in its city, but also in the world.

It is a mark of consistent excellence across all categories and it is based solely on the quality of its food. Among the notable Malaysian dishes served at Laut are beef rendang, curry laksa, satay and nasi lemak.

"Not only is this a wonderful honour for Laut, Fatty Crab and Nyonya, it also elevates the overall position and prominence of Malaysian cuisine in the US," said Wan Latiff Wan Musa, Matrade's New York-based trade commissioner, in a press statement.

周末陪妈妈到PASAR PUDU买菜。顺道来到这家听说是半山巴的一颗“珍珠”。“珍珠”？？这话怎么说呢？半山巴在KL算是一个老社区。她在70年代曾经风光过。那个时候，几家大戏院放映着双林双秦的电影吸引了人潮，也同时造就了许多食肆的诞生。

曾经几时，戏院开始一间间的倒闭，默默的接受被时代变迁的淘汰。人潮没了，半山巴也开始没落。。。也许很多人会以为半山巴的凤光从此步入历史中，然而所谓的“禾草盖珍珠”。半山巴虽说已经没落，然而屹立在半山巴多年的食肆依然吸引着嘴馋的人。

我没来过《德昌饱饺茶餐室》。但是每逢周日这家店的人潮倒是略有所闻。抵达时才9时许，意料中的人多，点心没剩几样。我只记得我吃了叉烧包，腐竹卷，烧卖及鱼卖。什么都没了。不过倒是值得一提的一件事是，有一（AUNTY）服务员很有幽默感。当我向她点鱼卖的时候，那个时候，鱼卖正在赶蒸中，她回答说：你要点鱼卖呵？稍等一下，鱼卖正在游过来。

哈，虽然正值卖价时刻，这个服务员忙得不可开交，但是还可以乐在其中，幽他人一默。果然“高人”。又是半山巴的一颗“珍珠”。:-P

现在盛行的五行蔬菜汤，据信对预防疾病，提高自身免疫力和抗病力有显著的效果。发明者是日本细胞学博士立石和先生，其父、兄均因癌而死，其本人患胃癌转移至肺部，他抓紧时间，从1500种食物中找出五种蔬菜熬汤，有效地抑制癌症，为生命注入活力和元气。这五种蔬菜是青为萝卜叶，红为胡萝卜，黄为牛蒡，白为白萝卜，黑为香菇，分别代表木、火、土、金、水五行。

“黄帝内经”有记载：人要健康，就要吃五色、五味、五香食物。按中医理论，五色五行分别滋养五脏（肝、心、脾、肺、肾）五腑（胆、小肠、胃、大肠、膀胱）。五色分开养分不重叠，达到均衡营养之目的，更因五行合一，在人体内引起生物化学作用，产生多种抗生物质。

白萝卜有丰富的维生素和矿物质，萝卜所含的杀菌素对某些细菌病毒有较强的杀灭和抑制作用；萝卜所含的淀粉酶，有助消化机能改善，其抗氧化及抑制细胞老化的效果也非常明显；能防止骨质疏松；有很强的解毒功能。

胡萝卜被称为大自然的红宝石，医学家认为胡萝卜含有丰富的胡萝卜素是有效的防癌物质；所含维生素A是所有食物之冠，可维护眼睛和皮肤的健康，在欧洲称“胡萝卜使女人充满女性的美”；其木质素有十分突出的抗菌作用；其叶酸有抗癌作用；胡萝卜有降压、降脂、降血糖的功能。因此多吃胡萝卜，人人健康又娇美。

牛蒡盛产于日本，故别名东洋萝卜，东洋人参。牛蒡在我国以前多为药用，而在日本是家家户户日常蔬菜。含有丰富的维生素和矿物质。其胡萝卜素含量在蔬菜中居第二位；蛋白质、钙和植物纤维的含量为根类食物之首。植物纤维有助清除体内垃圾，故誉为“大自然最佳清血剂”；木质素是牛蒡所含最多的植物纤维的一种，具有十分突出的抗菌作用。牛蒡含有一种广效的抗癌物质———牛蒡酚；还含有一种非常特殊的养分———菊糖（适合糖尿病人食用），是一种可促进性荷尔蒙分泌的精氨酸，有助于人体筋骨发达，增强体力及壮阳。

白萝卜叶的营养价值更为惊人：其维生素A的含量是同量绿菜花的三倍以上；钙的含量是菠菜的四倍；维生素C是柠檬的十倍以上。

黑色的干香菇有丰富的维生素和矿物质（其中磷、钾、镁、铜、锌、硒的含量在五种蔬菜中居首位）；香菇中的核糖酸能增强人体抗病抗肿瘤的能力；香菇含有的香菇多糖是调节人体免疫细胞的促进剂；香菇中的双二硫化合物能抗多种真菌；香菇含有40多种酶，可矫正人体酶缺之症。国外科学家已从香菇中提炼出很强的抗癌物质和具有增强免疫机能的物质。

五行蔬菜汤的做法与功效
一次做两日份，做好后装入玻璃、瓷製或陶製的容器内，并摆入冰箱中保存，饮用时微加温。

基本材料：
白萝卜（中型约四分之一根）
白萝卜叶（用大萝卜的叶子约四分之一丛，萝卜叶要浸水二小时才使用，以免农药残毒）
红萝卜（中型约二分之一根）
牛蒡（中型约二分之一根）
乾香菇一枚（用太阳晒乾的，以转生维生素Ｄ，如买不到可自己用新鲜的晒乾或以市贩者再度晒太阳）

作法：
蔬菜不要事前烫过，要连皮切大块。
烹煮的锅子请用耐热玻璃锅。
放进青菜量三倍的水。
水煮开后，再用小火燉煮2小时。
把菜汤替代茶水来喝。

注意事项:
请务必按照基本的配合份量煮食，以免失去平衡的效益。
不要混合其他的药草或植物，以免產生有毒物质。
绝对不可以使用珐瑯或特氟龙加工锅。

功效：
有治疗与预防癌症的可能性。
能使磨损了的关节之骨骼成為正常。
再生人体全部的骨骼且使之更强健。
防止老化，使皮肤年轻化及实现生机的復活。
被认為不治的白内障也能痊癒。
可医治原爆性白血症及急性白血症。
肝病、高血压、心臟病、尤其脑肿瘤、脑癌、糖尿病及其他头部的病症，都能使之痊癒。

Baumkuchen

Known as the "King of Cakes,"the Baumkuchen is a kind of layered cake, known in many countries throughout Europe. When cut, the cake reveals the characteristic golden rings that give it its German name, Baumkuchen, which literally translates to "tree cake". To get the ring effect, a thin layer of batter is brushed evenly onto a spit and allowed to bake until golden, after which the process is repeated. The most skilled bakers will repeat the process numerous times. Some bakers have been known to create 3-foot (0.91 m) long Baumkuchen consisting of 25 layers and weighing over 100 pounds (45 kg).

年轮蛋糕(Baumkuchen) 由于形状像树轮，象征长寿繁荣幸福，更因为它制作过程的繁复，有着烘培达人以心传心之意，充满深深祝福的涵义Baumkuchen直译即为“树木蛋糕” (Tree Cake)，是欧洲多个国家的知名点心，是一种多层蛋糕，被视为“蛋糕之王”。年轮蛋糕的特点在于切开后，会呈现一圈圈的金色圆环，因此得“年轮”之名——第一个年轮蛋糕是由Johann Christian D. 元旦前夕，与了一个“老死”约好盛装共进餐。地点选在 BANGSAR 的Smokehouse Restaurant。本来咱们俩还拿不定主意该上哪去，只是不想去人多的地方。毕竟咱俩不再青春。与一班素未谋面的人，挤来挤去共欢庆元旦的年纪已过。（不过在此得澄清一点的是，其实我还保留一颗年轻的心。只是如果New Year’s Eve与一班外表“青春弹手”的年轻人挤在一块的话，可能会惹来人家奇异的目光。我就在意这一点只因我还拥有一颗年轻的心。哈哈）不过由于未曾到会过这家餐厅，咱俩还是“心大心细”，深怕决定错误，破坏了一个New Year’s Eve。可是当我一踏入Smokehouse，我觉得这个决定是对的。

Smokehouse没有华丽的外表，不过却有温馨的内在。置身其中仿如在朋友家做客。咱俩点了New Year’s Eve的套餐，聊起过去一年的点点滴滴，渡过了一个美好的晚上。

四川的“辣”远近驰名。不过和咱们东南亚的辣不一样。就连爱吃辣的我也大喊吃不消。

在宽窄巷子尝到的川味“沙爹”，也洒上红红的辣椒粉。

川菜中，水煮的菜式最深入民心。相传在北宋期间，四川的盐工以盐，辣椒，花椒制成辣汤烫熟生肉片。后来就慢慢演变成今天的川菜水煮菜式。水煮，是川菜的烹调技巧的一种。汤头麻辣且味道浓郁。水煮牛肉更是民间传统的名菜。

冬至。寒冷的天气让身体发出“暖的呼唤”，特别令人想吃辣。我在成都一家餐厅点了一碗排骨拉面，一份红油炒手及一碗应节的汤圆。排骨拉面延续川味儿，上座前淋一勺滚烫的辣椒油。

令人作呕的一碟烧鹅饭

你也许会感到奇怪？“横看竖看” 这碟我在香港吃的烧鹅饭，味道不至于令人作呕吧！

大家且听我道来。。。

本来我双眼望着这碟烧鹅饭时，心里回想起早期的一部香港电影《鸡同鸭讲》，徐小凤在里头有这样一幕，望着一碟烧鹅bei饭，然后自言自语的说，bei ar bei，我依家0黎食你 la。想到这已经会心一笑。

无奈。。。当天正值卖价时段，我被带领坐在一张较大的桌子。当然在香港，餐馆卖价时段，有人搭枱是司空见惯的事情。香港人早已习以为常。只不过对于我这个来自“地大物博”的大红花国度，再加上已达“uncle”年龄层，我还是对目前某些事情适应不来。

正当我对着这碟烧鹅饭准备“启动”时，来了一对年轻情侣就隔了一张椅子坐在我的旁边。我本不以为意，不过没多久，“戏肉”来了。这对情侣视旁人如“粪土”，就地打情骂俏。男一句，女一句的，好比刘三姐山歌对唱，不亦乐乎。

《YEEEEEEAAAH。。。我唔制，你“虾（欺负）”人0既。》

此话进入我的耳朵，即刻在我的胃部起了反应，抽筋而且有想吐的感觉。哈哈，当然这是夸大其辞的说法。结果我“三口拼成两口”把这碟烧鹅饭塞入口里，再三步拼成两步，逃离现场。

离去当儿，我心里嘀咕着，幸好来的不是一对刚吵架的情侣，不然的话，我这碟烧鹅饭岂不是变成“海鲜饭”（加了鱼虾蟹）。:-)

我不清楚马六甲的JONKERS STREET何以拥有《鸡场街》这个中文名字。不过这条不算长的古老街道聚集了很多马六甲古早的食品发源地。所以在马六甲所卖的食品土产多会印上《鸡场街。。。》，就算它们已不在那生产了。《鸡场街》就等如品质鉴定

标签似的。比方说花生饼的包装纸印上《鸡场街花生饼》的话，感觉就古早得多了。

这条《鸡场街》可说是马六甲古城区的比较有生活气息。除了食品土产专卖店之外，还有古董店，客栈，艺廊，娘惹菜馆，当然更别忘了原自马六甲的专卖鸡饭团的餐馆。

既然是古城，自然而然就会有很多古早味的产品顺应诞生了，那些令人见了会惊讶不已，然后拉着你，很兴奋的告诉你以前是怎样怎样的产品，也唤醒了那已沉寂多时的回忆。《水粉》就是其中一项。

另外朋友和我找到了右边的这种零食。令咱们开始诉说以前在那种大戏院前的零食档才买得到的食品，如何如何。。。

红糟米酒

红谷米 1/2 斤

白糯米 3 1/2 斤

酒饼甜 16 个

辣 8 个

先把白糯米蒸熟。然后把蒸熟的白糯米铺放在瓮底。撕烂所有的酒饼放在白糯米上，最后再加上红谷米就得了。用布再加上盖子覆盖瓮口。7 天之后，掀开瓮搅拌均匀，然后再次用布加上盖子覆盖。一个月后，红糟米酒就大功告成。

在霹雳州另一城镇，实兆远SETIAWAN就聚居了来自福建省的福州人。在马来西亚华人流行的方言里，我最最听不懂的就是福州话了。（不好意思，其实我祖籍福建闽侯，也就是福州人，不过由于自小在KL成长，所以已经被广州同化了。）不过我自小就接触福州食物，所以对红糟米线与福州肉丸，还有燕皮馄饨一点儿也不觉得陌生。不过这次出走实兆远就让我接触到福州的另一种食品，

《福州光饼》。

这种名为《福州光饼》的大饼，卖相很乡土。加上烘焙的传统土窑才真真的叫人怀念。刚刚烘焙出来的《福州光饼》的内陷有好几种口味。单单原味的就有几种，还有五香肉片的，葱丝的。就看你想吃哪一种。

第一次接触《福州光饼》令我有一种熟悉的感觉。外表乡土的《福州光饼》就像我印象中所谓的干粮。以前咱们看电影时，不也曾经见过这样的

画面吗？当某人要远渡南洋陶生时，亲人总是把几个大饼塞入对方的包袱里。当船开入汪洋大海中，某人就会伸手入包袱掏出大饼充饥。那种大饼就像《福州光饼》。外表乡土却很饱肚。也温暖了漂洋过海陶生的心。

马来西亚的华人多聚居在城镇。他们的祖籍来自中国沿海一带的省份，比如广东与福建。所以这些早期的中国移民不但带来了饮食文化。比如霹雳PERAK州怡保IPOH市的华人多来自广州。所以除了广州话的流行，也带了广州人的饮茶文化。

在怡保市有一“点心街”,即是梁燊南街。这一条不算长的街道，聚集了好几家专卖点心茶楼。最近有一家本来在别处经营的老店“富山茶楼”也搬来此处抢滩。这些茶楼什么都不卖，只卖点心。也算是怡保市的茶楼特色。

我自己评定的槟城三宝为1。KOAY TIAW T'ENG 2。CHEE CHEONG FUN 3。CHAR KOAY TIAW. Funny thing is I didn't realize that it's all KOAY TIAW :-P 对于这个发现，我也真的觉得很意外。也真的没想到我自己对粿条（河粉）的喜爱已经超越了自己的想象力了。

PENANG LAKSA虽然贵为槟城美食的佼佼者。但是我就偏爱自己评定的槟城三宝。不过，既然是代表，我也常常趁返乡之便，必定吃过这《三宝》方为甘心。

在槟城总是久不久就会找到一些新食物。就像这次我品尝到了原自香港的碗仔翅。

七樣好東西顛覆根深蒂固的飲食觀念

1/.睡前喝豆漿
睡前喝豆漿、睡前喝豆漿：豆漿富含100%的優質胺基酸，可製造充分的生長激素，促進身體的新陳代謝，消耗體內多餘的醣份和脂肪，所以睡前喝豆漿，有減肥的的效果，這就是「胺基酸減肥法」，又叫「懶人減肥法」。此外，大豆富含異黃酮素（天然的雌激素），可降低血液中的膽固醇，保護心臟，預防心肌梗塞，所以女生得心血管疾病的機率只有男生的六分之一，異黃酮素並可抑制人體鈣質的流失，還可預防與基因遺傳有關的乳癌與腸癌，因此睡前喝上一杯250cc的豆漿，冷熱甜淡隨意，可讓您有一個好睡眠、好體質。但是現在市面上的黃豆有80％是基因改造的，目前基因改造的食品對人體的影響如何還未可知，如何購買非基因改造豆漿，建議購買統一、味全、光泉、黑松、義美等各品牌，尤其義美豆漿便宜又無防腐劑喔，睡前喝比早上喝的效益更大。另外，早餐以豆漿加熱後打兩個蛋不加糖，可吸收好的蛋白質及好膽固醇。使孩子易長高。
2/.每天早上兩顆蛋
每天早上兩顆蛋、每天早上兩顆蛋：建議每天第一餐要吃兩顆七分熟的蛋，七分熟的煎蛋最好，蛋黃不要太熟，雞蛋當中含有100％HDL，是製造血清素的原料。膽固醇可分為好的膽固醇(即HDL)與壞的膽固醇(即LDL)，好的膽固醇每天攝取 0.3gm 即可。如果我們一天能夠吃兩個蛋，那就可以幫助人體攝取一日所需的蛋白質需求量，只要我們體內好的膽固醇含量提高，則壞的膽固醇含量相對的就會降低。然買蛋時建議購買「洗選蛋(CAS)」更佳；「阿婆鐵蛋」少吃，因其中蛋白質已變質，含致癌物喔！好的膽固醇尚有沒有腳的海鮮類，有殼的最好，如蝦、蟹；但是魚皮,魚鰓,內臟及魚標禁吃，唯小卷的內臟可食，因富含防癌成分，小卷吃中間黑色粘多醣比較營養，又海參是海中生物中唯一零蛋白質的食物；再其次有好的膽固醇是兩隻腳的雞肉、鴨肉。
3/.吃水果比吃蔬菜好

Former associate professor of ecology at Universiti Malaya has authored several books on complementary therapy called, 'Ecological Healing System'.

Dr Palaniappan said his 33 years of research had shown that high acidity in the body resulted in loss of immunity, thus making people more susceptible to viral diseases like Influenza A (H1N1).

Hence, to prevent acidity, it was essential to consume alkaline food and drinks that could neutralise excess acid in the body.

Dr Palaniappan recommends coconut water, which is alkaline, and therefore could be used as a herbal medicine for the prevention of H1N1.

For example, he said, those who felt feverish and developed a burning sensation while attending to a call of nature because of extreme acidity, could neutralise it by drinking coconut water, twice a day, for three days.

He also recommended orange, lemon and pomelo which, despite containing citric acid, were very rich in potassium and therefore, would not disturb the body's immunity.

According to Dr Palaniappan, excessive physical activity like running a marathon should be avoided as it produced acid due to excessive metabolic activity.

Similarly, he said, keeping late nights without adequate sleep and working without proper rest could also increase the body's acidity which in turn, lowered immunity and made the body vulnerable to viral attacks.

一直以来我从不觉得新加坡可以找到美味的踪迹。尤其是地道的新加坡HAWKER FARE更让我驻足不前。新加坡的朋友，对不起啦 :-P 那么是不是在新加坡就“没啖好食”咧。这就不见的。

说新加坡是一座移民城市一点儿也不为过。无论是旧的，新的移民，都给新加坡带来新的味道。无形中加强了这座城市的饮食概念。

这次在新加坡品尝到中国风味儿的“泡椒凤爪”，也在ION ORCHARD吃了一碗北海道叉烧拉面。HONTONI OISHI NEH :-P 当然这归功于那猪骨熬的汤底。

在此我也发现了另一家食肆，卖的是台湾料理的味道。不过，我实在吃不下了，不然我一定会入内看看这家鹿港小镇卖什么“东东”。

今天经过Jalan IMBI的时候，被一肉干专卖店贴在玻璃门的人形Sticker吸引了。我驻足细看，原来是马来西亚著名的电视主持CHUI LING在打广告。可是。。。咦。。。这个广告词似乎冲着隔几家另一家的肉干专卖店而来。于是乎，我再走前几步那家店看个究竟，哈，更耐人寻味的是这两家店的商号竟然也叫《永香肉干》。
